to all participants who entered the Arena South Africa x Cape Town Open Water Swim Co. Giveaway. - This is a legitimate prize (promotional competition) as defined in the Consumer Protection Act 68 of
2008 and elsewhere, and is not connected to any government or official lottery. - The Promoter may refuse to award the prize to participants if there is suspicion of any irregularities
or fraudulent activities. - By entering this competition, you are agreeing to share photos of yourself swimming in open water /
gearing up for an open water swim wearing Arena gear, tagging and following both the Cape Town
Open Water Swim Co. & Arena South Africa Instagram accounts in order to win. - The Arena South Africa x Cape Town Open Water Swim Co. Giveaway will run from the 20th February
2024 – 11th March 2024 @ 07:00am. One winner will be contacted on the 11th March 2024. The
winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and announced on the Cape Town Open
Water Swim Co. Instagram page. The winner will be announced to the Cape Town Open Water Swim
Co. Instagram page once the winner confirms their identities and provides relevant contact details. - One winner will be selected at random from the database of entries.
- The random selector’s selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into consideration.
The winner has shared photos of themselves swimming in open water / gearing up for an open water
swim wearing Arena gear, tagging and following both the Cape Town Open Water Swim Co. & Arena
South Africa Instagram accounts in order to win. - Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The prize for the winner will include:
1x Arena cap, 1x bag and 1x pair of goggles - Participants may enter more than once on the terms that they use different images, have tagged
and are following both the Cape Town Open Water Swim Co. & Arena South Africa Instagram
accounts. - Entrants must follow all required steps stipulated on the entry post in order to receive a valid entry.
- Incomplete steps will render the entry null and void.
- The competition is open to all persons of 18 years or older, however delivery of the prize will only
be done to a South African address. - Proof of South African citizenship and age may need to be presented by way of either a valid
South African identity document or valid driver’s license. The winner may be requested to provide this.
The winner will be required to send the Cape Town Open Water Swim Co. team a direct message on
Instagram confirming their identity, contact details, name, surname, and email address. - Should the prize winner not be contactable by mid-day of the 12th March 2024, the prize will be
null in void. - All Participants and Winner indemnify the Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers
and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect,
consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever connected to or arising from their
participation in any way in this competition. - This competition is POPI act compliant, and by entering this competition, participants authorize
the Promoter to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of participants for
communication or statistical purposes. - Participants of this promotion are providing information to the Cape Town Open Water Swim Co. &
Arena South Africa. - This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with
Instagram. - All entrants in this promotional competition release Instagram from all liabilities and claims arising
out of or in connection with this Competition and the Rules thereto. - Neither Promoter nor its agents or distributors will have any liability in relation to this promotion.
- These terms and conditions may be amended by notification at any time during the Campaign,
and will be interpreted by Promoter only.
