Sean is one of those swimmers that truly savours the experience. From ocean swims to SwimRuns, he is always up for adventure and making the most out of the outdoors.

Cosy Bay to Camps Bay Adventure Swim

The water was icy cold, but the visibility was exceptional — I could see the ocean floor for the entire swim. Rounding into Camps Bay on my own and stepping out onto the beach was an unbelievably powerful, almost surreal feeling — one I’ll never forget.

– What I like most about the swim group:

The trifecta of being in nature, exercising, and sharing real, in-person time with like-minded friends, while pushing my boundaries and helping me feel more alive, connected, and supported.

Swim wild. Live fully.
